Mile 24 ish!

One of the many great parts of being involved with TNT is the amazing support system! There is literally someone to cheer you on every agonizing step of the way! At one point, a women spoke to me from the sidelines with tears streaming down her face, thanking me for my dedication! She wanted me to know that she is the daughter of an honoree that passed away and how she appreciates all of our efforts to support the cause. And yes of course I was bawling!!! Thank god for sunglasses, geez! Tisha, one of my coaches came out to walk me in the last few miles, offering words of encouragement, and to basically hold me up! (Thanks Tisha!) She asked me if I could imagine doing such an endurance event without all of the support we'd had......uhm...NO!
